Schedule

The tournament will take place on Thursday, May 22nd, from 11:30 to 19:00. After the event, you are invited to join Capgemini for a night out in Helsinki.

Arrival and Parking

Bolt Arena is located in Töölö (Urheilukatu 5, Helsinki), next to the Olympic Stadium. The location is easily accessible by public transport.

If you arrive by your own car, we recommend leaving the car in the Jäähalli parking, which is free for 4 hours, if there are no other events going on at the same time (remember the parking disc!). If this is full, alternative parking spaces can be found in front of the Kisahalli, from the Töölö parking garage or with good luck from the street parking in front of the Bolt Arena. Please note that these cost all day.

Game Uniforms and Equipment

Capgemini has bought game uniforms for teams that requested them in advance, other teams will play with their own game uniforms. Capgemini has vests to borrow if necessary. Other equipment is the responsibility of the players. We recommend ensuring that players have suitable equipment for football, such as football shoes and shin guards.

Insurances

Please make sure players has an accident or sports insurance that covers damages occurred during sports activities. Capgemini does not insure tournament participants.

Food and Drink

Food and drink suitable for a sporty day, as well as dining opportunities after the team's games, are available at the tournament. Registered special diets will be taken in consideration. Bolt Arena's restaurant is open during the tournament. Additional services can be purchased at your own expense.

Food catering will begin at 14:45 and will be available until after the sauna session. Catering is reserved exclusively for registered players and team officials.

Dressing Rooms and Sauna

Bolt Arena has two dressing rooms and sauna spaces: one for men and one for women. There is limited locker space in the dressing rooms, so we recommend considering this and leaving extra items at home. After the tournament, there is an opportunity to go to the sauna (separate saunas for men and women). Please bring your own towels and hygiene products.

First Aid

Bolt Arena is responsible for the tournament's first aid. First aid station is located on the field close to the locker room entrance.

Social Media

If you wish, you can share tournament moments on social media. Please ensure you have permission to publish from identifiable individuals in the picture. You can tag the tournament with hashtag #CapCup2025 and if you wish, also the tournament host Capgemini in the post (@capgemini_suomi on Instagram).
